The Workout

The Lagree Method is a full body workout that combines resistance training and cardio into one comprehensive, balanced session that strengthens, tightens, and tones, in just 45-minutes, on just one machine!

Slow controlled movements on the cutting edge Megaformer machine allows for peak muscle contraction while reducing stress on your joints.

You will sweat, you will shake and you will burn between 500-800 calories per session!

You will stimulate nearly all your muscles to complete fatigue in each session, which creates longer and leaner muscles.

Through slow moves you will see fast results!


In this workout form is paramount.  You will see the intensity of your workout increase as you are become more mindful of your form. But don’t worry if you don’t “master” the workout in one session. That’s not the goal. You will actually find sessions become more challenging as you learn the moves, go slow and practice being present on the machine.

Classes are limited to just 10 people, and you will be individually supported and led by a certified Lagree instructor who is trained to push you mentally and physically, while helping you adjust to your particular physical requirements or injuries.
