Who is this workout good for?

This is the perfect workout for someone who:

  • Wants to workout in just 45-minutes

  • Seeks an intense workout that is also low impact on the joints

  • Is ready for something new and different

  • Wants to complement their current fitness regiment

  • Looks for an alternative to weight training or other high-intensity training

  • Wants to gain strength and flexibility

  • Seeks fast results- in just 3 sessions

I Lagree with you...now what do I need to know?

  • Please come 15-minutes before your first session, to meet your instructor and be introduced to the Megaformer. (Don’t worry, it’s not as complicated as it looks!)

  • Wear grip socks. (We currently do not have them for sale, but will soon. However, they can be purchased on-line and in most sporting good stores.)

  • Please bring a water bottle. We offer a water station, for refills only.

  • Be open minded, this workout trains your mind and body.

  • Don’t be nervous… be excited for this new adventure.

  • Don’t worry, if you don’t understand everything in your first session. We got you!

  • Be prepared to sweat.

How many sessions should I take a week?

We recommend taking three to four classes a week. And giving yourself a day in-between each class for muscle recovery and repair.

Can I do Lagree if I am pregnant?

If  you are pregnant and new to the workout, we do not advise you to start the Lagree method. However, if you have been regularly attending sessions at another studio you may work out with us, with approval from your physician.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Policies

  • Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. Please visit the Lagree LG class schedule for updates.

  • All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable. 

  • Lagree LG accepts all major debit and credit cards through MindBody

  • All classes must be prepaid.

  • Cancellation Policy: Stuff comes up... we totally get it!

  • You can cancel your session on-line through our website. If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 12-hours before your scheduled session. Otherwise, you will be charged a Late Cancel Fee of $15. Sessions cancelled after the 12 hour window will be removed from your package. 

  • If you do not show up for a scheduled session you will be charged a No Show Fee of $25 and the session will be removed from your account. 

  • Our 3 month and 6 month memberships will be automatically renewed each month. Unused sessions do not roll over. If you need to cancel your membership, please email us 10 days before your renewal date.

  • Single Sessions do not expire. 

  • Memberships can not be put on hold. 

  • Socks with grips are required for all classes.
